Charlotte's Web is a American computer-animated children's television series based on the 1952 novel of the same name and also would have been the first Charlotte's Web production to be adapted into television and also the first not to be produced by Paramount Pictures, with the first 2 adaptations being film versions. It is produced by Sesame Workshop and was slated to premiere on HBO Max in 2024 though the miniseries was delayed and the streaming service was rebranded as Max in 2023.

On November 3, 2022, it was reported that the miniseries would not be moving forward.[1]

However, Canadian animation studio Guru Studio claimed the miniseries was still in production.[2] In October 2024, the miniseries had finished production and is slated for release on Max.[3]

Premise[]

When Wilbur is sent into a panic after finding out he's going to be killed and made into Christmas dinner, his friend, a motherly spider named Charlotte, comes up with a plan to ensure that he stays alive.

On March 2022, the series was announced after Luke Matheny signed up to be the head writer and executive producer of the series.
